3000 Series: 3003,3004,3005,3105,3a21,3104
3xxx Aluminum Sheet Features: Manganese as the main alloying elements of aluminum,
non-heat treatment to strengthen,corrosion resistance, good welding performance.
Good plasticity. (Close to super alloy).
Disadvantages: low strength, but can be hardened by cold work to strengthen the strength.
It is easy to produce coarse grains during annealing.
3xxx Aluminum Sheet Applications: aircraft used in the oil-based seamless tube (3003 alloy),
cans (3004 alloy).
